My philosophy of education

First and foremost, I believe in Rasulullah saw way of teaching – that is based on the 3 pillars – Taaruf, Tafaahum, and Takaaful. Taaruf first. I must know my students – their strengths, weaknesses, likes, dislikes, family background, religion – as best I can, so that I may help them to grow, tolerate their weakness, and empower their strength. Tafaahum – I believe in making learning meaningful to my students. This means adapting the curriculum to their current social situations as well as religious and cultural backgrounds. Finally takaaful – the ultimate goal of teaching and learning is to create compassionate human, who care for each other, care and love their fellow friends as they care and love themselves.
